Building / Apartment Intercom

IGTS supplies building and apartment intercom systems in the UAE for residential towers, apartment blocks and multi-unit properties. These systems allow visitors to call individual apartments or reception points and can support audio, video and door-release functions depending on the selected platform.

Building intercom systems can include Outdoor Stations, Indoor Stations, Video Intercom, Audio Intercom, IP Intercom and compatible Magnetic Locks.

IGTS can assist with system selection based on the number of apartments, entrances, indoor stations and existing cabling. We provide supply, installation, programming, door-release integration and testing. For replacement projects, share the current intercom brand, model and building layout so compatibility can be checked.
