Privacy notice

IGTS Technical Services LLC uses information you provide to respond to enquiries, assess project requirements, arrange surveys and quotations, and follow up on requested work.

Information you choose to provide

Our enquiry forms collect your name or company, telephone number, selected service and project details. Depending on the form, you can also provide an email address, project area, map link, site location, photographs or a short video. Location and attachments are optional. For door and shutter enquiries, we also request the door type, work required and job-site Emirate; property type is optional.

Your browser requests location or camera access when you choose the relevant feature. Site location and attachments are shared with IGTS when you submit the enquiry. Please provide only material needed to explain your project and avoid including unrelated personal or confidential information.

Enquiry handling

Submitted enquiries are stored in our enquiry system and given a reference for follow-up. Our system supports staff assignment, notes, status and qualification records, and staff recording of enquiries received by telephone, WhatsApp, email or other channels. A contact-button click alone is not treated as a received or qualified enquiry.

IGTS sales staff access enquiry details, site photographs/videos and location information to handle your request and follow up with you. The website and enquiry system use hosted infrastructure to store and deliver enquiries and notifications.

Optional advertising measurement

You can allow or decline optional ad measurement using the “Ad measurement preferences” control. When allowed, our website can store advertising click identifiers, campaign parameters and page paths to help connect visits with enquiries, and load Google measurement tags. Our form integration does not send the name, telephone number, email address, enquiry message, location or attachments from your form to Google measurement events.

The website remembers your measurement choice in browser storage. Consented visit information is held in session storage; our code stops using it after 24 hours unless a new eligible visit is captured. This browser limit is not a deletion period for information already stored with a submitted enquiry, contact intent, Google or a backup.

With measurement allowed, confirmed saved enquiries and configured contact clicks can send measurement events. Google may process technical information associated with tag requests, such as your network address and browser information. Read how Google uses information from sites and apps. You can change your choice using the preferences control. Changing the choice does not itself delete information previously submitted.

External services

If you choose a WhatsApp, email, telephone or map link, you interact with the relevant external service. Its handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy information. WhatsApp links may include your enquiry or contact reference and, when shown in a prepared message, details you supplied; review the message before sending it.

Retention and requests

Our retention period for enquiry details, site photographs/videos and location information is one month. Contact our sales team about information you have submitted or to request its removal. Changing your advertising measurement preference does not delete an enquiry you previously submitted.
